FileBaby provides a temporary platform for users to upload, transfer, and share digital files. We act passively as a conduit for the storage and transmission of content directed by our users. We do not monitor, modify, or open your files, except where required by law or to maintain the technical integrity of the Service.
You acknowledge that the Service is not intended for indefinite storage. Files are automatically deleted from our servers after a set period (e.g., 7 days), depending on the specific transfer parameters.
You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload and share. By using FileBaby, you agree NOT to upload, email, or transmit any material that:
Is Illegal: Violates any local, state, national, or international law regarding data transmission or content.
Infringes IP: Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
Is Harmful: Contains software viruses, malware, worms, trojan horses, or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
Is Offensive: Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or hateful.
We reserve the right to terminate transfers and ban users who violate these Terms at our sole discretion.
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your files remain yours.
Because we do not control the content uploaded by users, you agree that FileBaby is not responsible for any content you may encounter. You agree to indemnify and hold FileBaby harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of the content you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the Service.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that content posted on the Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.
If you are a copyright owner and believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to hello@file.baby with a valid DMCA takedown notice.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FileBaby makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.
We do not guarantee that files will be stored safely, that transfers will be successful, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.
In no event shall FileBaby, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
